KTR Newmark Real Estate Services was sold to First American Corporation in September of 2006.

In September of 2010, Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. assumed the environmental and engineering consulting practice that was once known as KTR Environmental via a referral agreement with First American Corporation Due Diligence Services (First American CDS). As part of this agreement, Partner hired Patrice Pitton and Ivan Torres as the primary project managers for Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments and Property Condition Reports, respectively. Partner has also assumed custody of the library of past KTR Environmental and First American CDS reports and are able to provide environmental and engineering reports to First American clients.

One purpose of this website is to make clear to the public where this report library is being stored. Partner can assist with updates of the following type of reports:
